QHSE Principles :
O&G Materials Inspection is dedicated to ensuring that all Corporate Social Responsibility issues are reviewed and supported by all layers of our governance, management and operations, and this is consistent with our stakeholders’ and the society’s best interests.
We ensure the following are done at all of our project sites and offices :

- We delineate and define action plan on Environment Impact Assessment (EIA), Statute compliance conditions and compulsions, as necessary
- We interface Project determinants to Risks & Opportunities at Design
- We accomplish Project Risk Assessment (PRA) exercise and align mitigation program,
- We delineate QHSE Implementation Plan for every project
- We conduct Intensive Trainings, Workshop, Training, Induction etc. for Our project team and appraise the acceptable performance indicators for the project
- We collate Emergency Management Plan (EMP) factors with the aim respond adequately, speedily and qualitatively
QHSE Project Implementation: At project implementation phase, we ensure the following:
- Align visual management attributes to all projects
- Conduct performance protocols as checklists to the project site
- Conduct QHSE System Inspection/Audits/Safety Audits/ Competitions/Awareness programs
- Conduct Incident/Accident investigation & establish Corrective Action/Preventive action
- Review Safe Work Method through Job Safety Analysis/Job Hazard Analysis/Job Exposure Analysis
Training: The success of a project requires knowledge, skills, teamwork, dedication and leadership. These attributes are directly related to the people that are involved in any of our project.
During the course of a project, we make sure every individual’s knowledge and skills and his/her team’s skills are tested at every level. We work to continue upgrade of the skills to keep up with changing complexities of the project and times.
By engaging in the above steps, we create clear direction, efficiency, timely response, and quality outcomes at all our project sites.
